Platform purpose
SymbioTech is designed to support Industrial Symbiosis by helping users share resources, explore marketplace opportunities, and connect with other companies. The platform supports discovery and communication, but it does not guarantee successful collaborations or business outcomes.
Acceptable use
Users should use the platform in a respectful, lawful, and trustworthy way. Accounts, company profiles, marketplace listings, and contact details should not be used for spam, misleading content, harmful activity, or unauthorized access.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping account details, company profile details, and marketplace listings accurate and reliable. This includes company name, industry type, company size, location, listing details, contact information, and descriptions.
Users are also responsible for how they communicate with other platform users and for any decisions, agreements, or collaborations that happen outside the platform.
Marketplace listings
Marketplace listings may include offers or requests for materials, by-products, or services. Users should only publish information they are allowed to share and should avoid oversharing personal details or sensitive company information.
SymbioTech provides the space for visibility and connection, but users must verify the accuracy, safety, and suitability of any listing or collaboration themselves.
Verification and access
Email confirmation may be required to activate an account. A separate user-company verification process may also be used to help increase trust on the platform.
Some features may be available only to registered or verified users. Administrators may review, approve, reject, restrict, or remove accounts and content when needed to protect the platform and its users.
Platform limitations
SymbioTech is still under development, and some features may change, be refined, or be extended over time. Current and future features, including AI-assisted tools, should be understood as support mechanisms, not final decision-making systems.
No guarantee of outcomes
The platform aims to support discovery, communication, and collaboration. However, SymbioTech does not guarantee that users will find matches, create partnerships, complete transactions, or achieve specific environmental, financial, or business results.
